SHEREE'S PROTEIN MUFFIN RECIPE!
2 ripe bananas mashed
2 cups dry rolled oats
1/2 cup almond milk
1 cup egg whites
1/4 cup almond butter
1tsp vanilla extract
1 scoop @burtonnutrition chocolate or vanilla Whey protein powder
1 tbsp aluminum free baking powder
(Optional: add 1/4 cup dark choc chips or blueberries)
Mash bananas and mix the rest of ingredients together.
Spray 12 muffin pan with ghee or coconut oil
Bake in oven at 350 for 20- 25 min or until cooked through
