You’re here! You took the first step and that's the hardest part. 

This is an 8 week program with 3 glute focused weight training days and 2 cardio suggestion days. When choosing a weight, it needs to be challenging, with the last 2-3 reps being somewhat difficult to complete with proper form. Our glutes are our largest group of muscles, so they need to be trained like it.

There are a total of 5 workouts that will rotate over the 8 weeks with weight, reps and sets increasing every 2 weeks. Focus on form and the mind-muscle connection. This is where the “squeeze it like you mean it” comes in.
