LADIES, this program is for the men in your life that need a place to start or just want a workout routine they can do and not think about. 

This program works well with my women’s 6 week program so you can both have a workout routine to do together. 

This is a 6 week workout program that can all be done at home or in the gym! you just need some dumbbells and bands or cables but dumbbells alone can get the job done!

This program is designed for ALL LEVELS! If you’re just starting out or already well established with your training, the weight you choose will determine the intensity of the workout  

Workouts are done as even and odd weeks. So weeks 1, 3 and 5 will look the
same and weeks 2, 4 and 6 will look the same.
